ECW (Episcopal Church Women) Spring Program and Meeting
Saturday, May 30, 1-5 pm
The ECW and the Diocese of Virginia invite you to their spring program and meeting gathering under the theme Saying Yes to God at Christ Church, Spotsylvania. The meeting will begin with registration at 1 and end at 5 following Holy Eucharist led by Father Jeffrey Packard.
Bring your mothers, daughters, and granddaughters and hear from speakers Michelle Trampe of the Central Justice Initiative and Captain Pearce of the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Department on Human Trafficking. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on project creating care packages for Empower House, a non-profit organization providing confidential domestic violence assistance in the city of Fredericksburg and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, and Caroline.
There is a $20 fee for women over 50. Women 50 and under may attend for free. Payment by check or cash will be accepted at the meeting. Scholarships are available if needed.
